Yes. You can request account closure from Settings > Account at any time. Any remaining balance is returned to your original deposit method within three to five business days. After closure, you can reopen an account later, but you must wait 24 hours first.

We retain your transaction history and account records for the duration required by law in your region, which depends on local law. You can request deletion of non-essential data (like browsing history) immediately; compliance data is kept for the statutory period.

Contact support immediately with the transaction ID and date. We investigate unauthorized withdrawals within five business days. If fraud is confirmed, we reverse the transaction and refund your account. Report suspected unauthorized access to your password to support right away.

Your account funds are held in segregated bank accounts separate from our operating funds. Deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are processed and held according to each payment provider's standard safeguards. Where local law permits, additional deposit insurance may apply.
